Roasting

Lazy Sunday is light roast that is easy to drink. It mellows, and turns into warm to your senses. The cocoa sourced from Latin America is used to smooth the brew while Africa provides citrus notes to balance. The result is a delicious coffee which can be enjoyed by itself or with cakes, milk chocolate or other sweets. It's a perfect match for vanilla cakes with lemon drizzle and lemon sponges.

When brewing this coffee we recommend using the French Press method, preheating your vessel using some of the boil water to ensure it is warm and ready for brewing. Once brewed leave to steep for four minutes, this will ensure that the grounds are completely saturated and not over extracted. The water must be pushed through using the plunger. Do not stir or stir the coffee, as this could result in unpleasant odors appearing in your cup.
